1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Club Specific Rules apply to any transactions involving Norwich City Football Club (NCFC).

1.2. These Club Specific Rules must be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions
(available on the OTP platform) and the Rules of Play (available upon request).
2. PRE-SEASON

2.1. An EFL Championship season has 23 home matches. Ownership of plots for the 2023/24 season is for
12 home matches, subject to when the plots are purchased. Digital plots can be purchased up to one
day before a football playing season begins.
2.2. There are 8 plot types and a total of 2,500 plots:

2.2.2. 68 X B @ £252
2.2.3. 252 X C @ £216
2.2.4. 348 X D @ £144
2.2.5. 408 X E @ £96
2.2.6. 504 X F @ £48
2.2.7. 516 X G @ £24
2.2.8. 400 X H @ £12

2.3. A maximum of 50 customers can own a single plot.
2.4. In the event that 16,000 plots are not purchased before the start of the season, all bets may be
cancelled and deposits returned. All customers will be repaid their deposits following the procedures
as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions. Customer funds are held in a separate account
pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions.

2.5. If the season does not go ahead due to the minimum numbers not being reached, all plot owners will
be contacted in writing.
3. DURING THE SEASON

3.1. The season will consist of 12 home games, subject to when plots are purchased.

3.2. The method of collecting information and confirming game results is set out in the Rules of Play.
4. IN GAME EVENTS

4.1. In game events are defined as follows:

4.1.1. First Goal
The first goal of the game as awarded by the referee.
This can occur and result in winnings on ONE occasion during a single game.

4.1.2. Goal
Any goal as awarded by the referee for the remainder of the game.
This can occur and result in winnings on any number occasions during a single game.
This includes Own Goals.
The position of the ball, when the shot is taken (shot origin).
Any event happening on a line, will be considered inside that area. For example, a shot on
the 18-yard line will count as being inside the box.
Regarding deflections, normally a goal is awarded if the original attempt is on target. An own
goal is usually awarded if the attempt is off target and deflected into the goal by an
opponent.

4.1.3. Shot on Target
Any shots deemed to be on target by Stats Perform (OPTA).
This can occur and result in winnings on any number of occasions during a single game, but
the average is nine (9) per game.
A shot on target is defined as any goal attempt that:

 Goes into the net regardless of intent – For Goals only.
 Is a clear attempt to score that would have gone into the net but for being saved by the
goalkeeper or is stopped by a player who is the last-man with the goalkeeper having no
chance of preventing the goal (last line block).
Shots directly hitting the frame of the goal are not counted as shots on target, unless the ball
goes in and is awarded as a goal.
Shots blocked by another player, who is not the last-man, are not counted as shots on target.

4.1.4. Free Kick
Any free kicks (direct or indirect) awarded by the referee at any stage during the game.
This can occur and result in winnings on any number of occasions during a single game, but
the average is twenty-two (22) per game.
4.1.5. Tackle
Any tackle made at any stage during the game.
This can occur and result in winnings on any number of occasions during a single game, but
the average is 35 per game.
A tackle is defined as where a player connects with the ball in a ground challenge where he
successfully takes the ball away from the player in possession.
The tackled player must clearly be in possession of the ball before the tackle is made.
 A tackle won is deemed to be where the tackler or one of his team-mates regains
possession as a result of the challenge, or that the ball goes out of play and is “safe”.
 A tackle lost is where a tackle is made but the ball goes to an opposition player.

Both are deemed as successful tackles however, the outcome of the tackle (won or lost) is
different based on where the ball goes after the tackle.
It is not a tackle, when a player cuts out a pass by any means.

4.2. Any winnings may only be confirmed once the game has ended and the information has been
validated.
5. CHARITABLE DONATIONS

5.1. The beneficiary agreed upon for the NCFC Season 2023/2024 is East of England Ambulance Service.
5.2. Own the Pitch will make donations as follows:
5.2.1. For every of our 5 defined match event types, up to £100 will be donated towards the
purchase of defibrillators.
5.2.2. During every match, on average, £7,500 will be raised towards defibrillator and cabinet
packages to be donated to East of England Ambulance Service.
5.2.3. The donation will only occur if the plot on which an event occurs is owned by at least one
customer.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND QUERIES
6.1. Customers are responsible for reading these Club Specific Rules before purchasing a digital plot. By
placing an order for a digital plot you are accepting these rules.
6.2. If a customer should have a complaint please refer to the Complaints Procedure.
